Hey, we’re Rohan & Lo!
We’re a couple that loves to capture other couple’s love stories and moments from their wedding day to create something that they treasure for years to come. From the nervous excitement when they’re getting ready, the tears as they see each other for the first time, emotional speeches, epic dance moves as they party on into the night, and everything in between.
We met through mutual friends 7 years ago, and have been together since.
On the wedding day, we work as a close knit team, along with other shooters if required. With photo-only or video-only bookings, we’ll act as lead and second shooter. If we’re booked for both photo and video, we’ll generally bring on one of the wider photo team as the lead photographer, and handle the video and second shooter side of the day ourselves.
Outside of shooting weddings and commercial work, we love to get out and adventure together with our dog, explore the country, go climbing at the local bouldering gym, head out on snow trips, get in some mountain biking — among a growing collection of other hobbies.

HOW WE WORK
We like to capture weddings in a “documentary style” way. This means we’ll tend to let your day unfold naturally without too much direction or interference on our part. We find that this helps us to capture authentic moments that don’t feel forced or uncomfortable.
Our process is pretty straightforward:
When you enquire or book in with us, we’ll catch up either in person or via a video call to get to know you a bit better. We can offer advice for your day - things that we would recommend, and a loose structure to make sure that we can capture some awesome photo and video of you.
We take a deposit to secure your booking and date.
Once your schedule for the day is finalised, we’ll arrange another catch up to run through the plan for the day, make sure that any key moments or things to note are covered and that we’re all good to go. Usually this is around 4 weeks out from your wedding day. We’ll do a quick check in with you a couple of days out as well.
Then it’s the big day! We arrive on-time, and get to work capturing and creating your special memories that will last a lifetime.

Yes! We love to travel to shoot weddings. We’re available throughout New Zealand and anywhere else in the world. All we need is our travel expenses covered.
We’ll sometimes even discount your package if it’s a destination that we’d like to shoot at — get in touch for a custom package if you’re planning a wedding outside of Auckland.

We typically will book weddings that are within the next 18 months.
If you’re planning a wedding outside of this timeframe, still get in touch. We can have a chat and possibly reserve your date.

We always guarantee final delivery within 12 weeks — however, we typically send through your finished photos and films within 8 weeks.
If you book a photo package or the social film teaser add-on with us, we’ll send through a sneak peek within two weeks.

Yes, we take a deposit in order to secure your date. Once you’ve decided that you’d like to book us in, we’ll send an invoice for a 30% deposit. This ensures that we can confidently turn away any other enquiries for your booked date.
The final payment is due 4 weeks before your wedding date.

Yes we do! We don’t believe in booking in weddings just to contract them out to someone else.
At this stage when we get booked for both photo and video together, we bring in one of our wider photography team to work alongside us as we shoot video/second shoot photo.
We do this in order to make sure we provide the best possible coverage of your wedding day. -
